Some mods won't download and some will. I let my computer work overnight only to wake up in the morning and nothing had changed they were just downloading. As for now I am reinstalling the whole game but my hopes aren't high.

I subscribe to mods and they appear in the launcer as normal, but they do not download/update. I can download mods from other sources, but not directly from your steam launcher. I have tried verifying the game cache and making sure all mods are gone from the game, but still they won't download/update even given hours.
