Hi Veronica, I don't think you can download a .csv file from Gedmatch, but I see you tested with Family Tree DNA. There are a couple places I use to analyze my chromosomes (and those of my matches) from FTNDA.

In the Whose data would you like to download Profile field, select the person whose raw data you want to download. In the Choose between downloading data for… Data set field, select All DNA. Click Download Data to download your raw data file. Note where you save the file on your computer. Hello Everyone, I think it is time for a quick review on saving images and records and using the shoebox. I’ve seen some questions on where the shoebox is located and if you can save images to your thumb drive. So let’s review the saving methods on Ancestry.com. The extension downloads the files in mass and dumps them all into your default downloads folder. So, you should clear all files out of your default downloads folder before using this extension so you know that all downloaded files belong to Ancestry. What a disappointment.
